Is spray-on paint protection as tough as paint protection film?

We will be straight with you: a thick paint protection film has a sacrificial layer built to absorb hard rock-chip and gravel strikes, and that is a real strength of film. Peel Clear is not thicker than film and we do not claim it is tougher. It competes on a seamless sprayed finish with no edges or cut lines, a self-healing top coat, full reversibility, and the option to change color, which film cannot do.

Do you install PPF film or a clear bra?

No. Royal Armor does not install paint protection film, clear bra, ceramic coating, window tint or vinyl wrap. The one service we offer is Peel Clear, a spray-applied peelable paint system, and we spray it in our own booth in Scottsdale.

Will removing it damage my factory paint?

No. Peel Clear bonds without adhesive and peels away by hand in large sheets, revealing your original factory paint underneath with no glue and no residue. That is a core difference from film, which is bonded with adhesive and typically needs heat and solvents to remove.
